What area(s) of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) are you pursuing for your undergraduate degree?
Engineering Science
What is your favourite inspirational quote?
“For me, I am driven by two main philosophies: know more today about the world than I knew yesterday and lessen the suffering of others. You’d be surprised how far that gets you.” – Neil deGrasse Tyson
What is a little known fact about you?
I have a passion for geography, and can name all the countries in the world as well as their respective capitals.
Why do you think you make a great Schulich Leader?
I make a great Schulich Leader due to my continued battle to strive for excellence. Immense determination, discipline and motivation define myself as well as any Schulich Leader. I am excited for the challenge of solving the problems of our society, as well as helping others to the best of my ability. My work in hydrophone projects for orcas on our West Coast opened my perspective as to how I can really make a difference. Schulich Leaders find fulfillment in the success of others as well as problem solving, and as a Schulich Leader I am grateful to be provided with the opportunity to achieve both of these at a higher level.
