A Season of Busyness

Winter 2014

As my first term of university comes to a close, I reminisce the late nights, mini panic attacks, and pre-exam memories that mark this first taste

:

What area(s) of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) are you pursuing for your undergraduate degree?

Science

What is your favourite inspirational quote?

Be aware that even before you have reached your ultimate professional destination, if you always strive for excellence, you can and should have a substantial impact on the world in which you live. -Sandra Day O’Connor

What is a little known fact about you?

I am only four and a half! (leap year baby!)

Why do you think you make a great Schulich Leader

My desire is to remind students that it is possible to be an academic leader and flourish in STEM while still retaining humility in building priceless relationships with the people around them; that there need not be a compromise between the two, but that these characteristics should be complements of each other. These are the beliefs that I live by and the attributes to which I define a great Schulich leader.
